Hi Graham,

Thank you once again for your time last night, Warren and I found it very informative with regards to your experiences, what to expect payment wise with regards to all up front (which I thought wasn't right) and to actually learn all about you and what you can bring.

The children are all very excited at the prospect of possibly working with you.

As we explained last night we are a non profit at present and want to take Spotlight to the next level. I really feel you could help with that. Whats required going forward is as follows:

2 performances on one day, a matinee and evening with meet and greets after both performances.

2 dress rehearsals at the theatre on the days before the show and possibly a few rehearsals with the children at our rehearsal venue in Kirby, this would be ideal but not a necessity.

A small payment up front (as you can appreciate being our first show and going from non profit we want to keep costs down prior to the show) and the rest of the payment made after the gate sales at a date set out in the contract.

The character would be a king, but as Warren stated you can work with him to adapt your character so its something that you are happy with and feel you can really bring to life, we are basing it on 80 - 120 lines but again this is something that can be discussed with Warren.

The show synopsis is as we said last night, a mix and match of the Brothers Grimm fairy tales, featuring Cinderella, Rumplestiltskin, The Pied Piper, Rapunzel, The Evil Queen and others. Clean and fun family entertainment.

Moving forward as Warren said last night if this is something we can make work for both of us, as you are local we can have you as part of our shows in the future almost like a residency.

I think the children would really enjoy working with you and learn a lot from your experience, I'm happy for you to come along one Wednesday and meet them all and maybe do a workshop or a few exercises with them.

Please let me know your proposed cost for this and we can hopefully move forward with this and have a great working relationship.
