Hi Jack,

Thank you so much for all your help yesterday. We would love to go ahead with Andy, I think he will be a great fit for us.

We are happy with the terms laid out above, but we have another proposal for you to run by Andy.

We would like to offer £1000 payable on signing of the contract, plus the amount of £3500 payable to Andy after the event once gate sales are received including VAT and his travel. This is normally received a week or so after the event direct payment to me from the theatre. For reference the gate receipts from our previous shows have averaged 600 tickets sold per event of an 800 seat capacity and this was without celebrity participation.

We are happy for you to add your own terms to the contract with regards to a guaranteed payment if this puts your mind at rest.

We only bring up this alternative as our previous celebrity Graham Cole was being paid solely from gate receipts with no deposit required which made it easier for us being a non profit organisation especially in the light of the current pandemic in which we are not being able to run our normal classes which was our main source of income for funding our performances.

I would also need to know Andy's dress size as we have custom costumes made for each event.

he will help teach the students ‘money cant buy’ skillsets on the stage from singing, acting and dancing (albeit less of the dance!) and how to command a crowd.

Telephone call today with the agent, he told me his past stuff his interest in panto and how he is sold on the group and it being about the children. All terms discussed are being emailed over.
